Here is the form that we utilized to gather info from volunteers/contractors etc to be able to do the NEO input (aka Staff Data).

You could use a Google Sheet or Form to do this as well but you would need to be careful about security so that only the people that absolutely needed to could see the data (soc sec # is one of the fields). You also have no ability to upload the info from the Google sheet or form so you still have to manually input the data into the NEO system. The form or sheet would give you the info in one place if you prefer to do it that way. You would just use the same fields on this paper form and create a Google form and then share it with the people that needed to do it (as long as you have email addresses for them all).

We have some agencies that provide services to our students in our buildings (counseling, bhp) but we do not pay these agencies, they bill Mainecare. Since they work with students we are entering them even though technically they are not an Employer, a contractor or a volunteer.  Anyone else have this situation?
